All pups go home on a spay/neuter contract and WITHOUT AKC Registration Papers unless previously discussed and agreed upon.
To be considered for a puppy purchase a “Puppy Application” must be submitted.
The New Additions to Our Breeding Program, Latte, Pearl, Chardonnay are our Yorkies, and Delilah our Morkie. Delilah is Elsa's daughter. Elsa is retired. She produced a lot of wonderful puppies that are now placed in loving homes.

Fancy Pants Is an AKC Parti Yorkie that carries chocolate. “She’s a sweetheart. Elegant in posture, soft gentle motions, very sweet Yorkie.” is a charmer , so elegant and graceful. She reminds me of “Princess Grace”. She loves to snuggle and get her belly rubs. She gets along with all the animals with her soothing and calm personality.
"Sugar Britches"
Is an extremely dark Traditional AKC Yorkie that carries parti, and chocolate. Sugar is energetic and playful. Sugar Britches is full of life!! I get many laughs a day from everything she does. Sugar does the side winding sneeze at me when she knows she is doing wrong…lol She can jump so high for a small dog. She loves all the animals in my home, and they love her. Sugar plays hard and crashes even harder at night. Love this little girl. She gets along with all animals. Sugar loves to swim in the pool and keeps a watchful eye on the grandchildren swimming. She loves to sleep on the arm of my recliner in the evenings.
