Hello,  My name is Teresa and I welcome you to Fanci Pants Parti Yorkies. I’ve been happily breeding for over 10 years.  I’ve owned dogs (multiple) my entire life.  I personally deliver puppies, care for, socialize, and love on our puppies born in my home.  All adult dogs sleep in my bed with me, and are Couch Kings or Queens.  None are caged or left outside to fight the elements.

Tail docking is done on all my Champion sired traditional litters as well as dew claws. Any other puppy in my color program, parti, chocolate, etc will not be docked; however, dew claws will be removed.  

VISITATION: There will not be puppy visits or picking a puppy out at my home for several reasons. The safety of my puppies and my family are number one . Visits will stress my moms and puppies, also, I do not want any unwarranted health factors to present themselves in my home.  I know everyone can understand this and I thank you. Safety first with my family. 

All  puppies are pre-spoiled and socialized with my adult dogs, other puppies, cats, grandchildren, and myself.  Yorkie kisses and tails wagging are the very best!  

I’m always available to try and help answers questions. When you purchase a puppy from me you have me for life. I will always try to answer any questions you may have about your puppy.

My dogs are Health Tested through Embark or Wisdom Panel.

Just to be clear I am a breeder, and not a veterinarian.  I will always weigh on the side of caution and ask you to take the puppy to a veterinarian if there is any concern for their health.

Before my puppies leave to go to their furever homes they will be wormed, vaccinated, and given a Health Check Up by my veterinarian.  I will keep all future puppy parents informed on their puppy of choice the entire time I have them in my home.
